At Old Fortune, we want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

30-Day Return Period
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. For the return to be accepted, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging, tags, accessories, and documents that came with the product.

Our customer service team is always available to assist you with the return process.

We do not charge any fees for accepting returns.

Return Shipping Costs
If the product arrived damaged, defective, or not as ordered, the return is free of charge. We cover the cost of return shipping in such cases.

If the return is due to a change of mind, choosing the wrong product or size, the customer bears the cost of return shipping. The cost of the original delivery (if applicable) is non-refundable.

Start Return
To start the return process, contact us at info@old-fortune.pl and provide the order number and reason for the return.

Make sure the product is properly packaged in its original packaging along with all accessories, tags, and documents.

In the case of returns resulting from a change of mind, the customer is responsible for organizing and paying for the return shipping. Once the request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and further instructions. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Returns should be sent via registered mail (with tracking), according to the instructions provided by our team.

Refunds
Upon receiving the return, it will be checked to confirm that the return conditions are met.

If the return is approved, the funds will be refunded to the original payment method. Returns are typically processed within 10 business days, but the time for funds to be posted may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
If you want to exchange a product for another variant, please contact our customer service team at info@old-fortune.pl and we will assist you in the exchange process.

Non-returnable products
For hygiene or safety reasons, some products may not be returnable. This information will be clearly indicated on the product page.
