At Old Fortune, we strive to ensure clear and reliable delivery. Clear shipping information helps our customers know exactly what to expect after placing an order.

Delivery scope
This policy applies to all orders delivered within Poland.

Estimated delivery time
The stated delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the carrier's workload, location, and other external factors.

Order cutoff time
Orders placed before 23:00 (CET) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Order processing time
Orders are usually prepared and processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time
After shipping, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

Total delivery time
The total estimated delivery time is about 4–7 business days (processing + transport).

Please note that during peak periods or for reasons beyond our control (e.g., courier delays), delivery times may be extended.

We work with trusted logistics companies operating in Poland. Depending on the location and size of the shipment, delivery may be carried out by different carriers, such as:

Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within Poland.
There is no minimum order value.

Track order
After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to monitor the shipment.

Change of delivery address
If you want to change the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After shipping, changing the address may no longer be possible.

Delivery issues
If you have delivery issues, such as delays or lost shipments, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the shipment arrived damaged, please send photos to expedite the claims process. Refund-and-return
