Delivery Scope
This policy applies to all orders delivered within Poland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Germany.
Estimated delivery time
The stated delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on carrier workload, location, and other external factors.
Order cutoff time
Orders placed before 11:00 PM (CET) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Order processing time
Orders are usually prepared and processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery time
After shipment, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
Total delivery time
The total estimated delivery time is approximately 4–7 business days (processing + transport).
Please note that during periods of high demand or due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., courier delays), the delivery time may be extended.

Shipping costs
We offer free delivery on all orders within Poland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Germany.
There is no minimum order value.
Order tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Change of delivery address
If you want to change the delivery address, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After shipment, address changes may no longer be possible.
Delivery issues
If you experience delivery issues such as delays or lost packages, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
