How long does delivery take?
The estimated order fulfillment time is as follows:

Order preparation time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
Delivery time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday)
Total estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders placed within Poland.

What should I do if the order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To expedite the resolution of the issue, please send photos of the problem along with the order number.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

For shipped orders, cancellation is no longer possible — you must use the return procedure.

What does the return policy look like?
According to applicable regulations, you can return an order within 30 days of receiving it.

Return conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
All packaging, tags, and accessories must be returned.
The cost of return is borne by the customer (in case of a change of mind).
Returns of defective or incorrect products are free of charge.
Returns should be sent to the specified address after prior contact.

When will I receive my refund?
Upon receiving and inspecting the return:

Returns are usually processed within 10 business days.
Funds are returned to the original payment method.
The processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Do the products come with a warranty?
We make every effort to offer high-quality products.

If the product turns out to be defective, please contact us, and we will assist you according to our Return Policy.

This does not affect your rights under consumer protection laws applicable in Poland.

No. Old Fortune operates solely as an online store and does not have a physical retail location.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Tracking information may appear in the carrier's system within 24–72 hours.
